About the project

I engaged with Puca Mobile at the pre-sales stage of this project to create presentation and concept design materials. Upon winning the contract, my remit was to create the complete user experience solution for a unified app to cater for customer account management needs across all segments of the Three Mobile networks. The customer segments included corporate, pre-pay, post-pay and data customers from Three Mobile, O2 and 48.
